Supermarket counter staff

OB DESCRIPTION

• Display products according to the correct layout, price tags, and labels; ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and compliant with food safety standards.
• Check product expiry dates and quality; report damaged/defective/short-dated items.
• Support packing and preparing online/B2B orders as required.
• Assist customers in finding products; answer basic questions about pricing and promotions.
• Distribute flyers, support POSM setup, activation, and promotional programs at the counter.
• Monitor inventory levels; keep the storage area organized; report stock shortages for replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the sales area; comply with food safety and occupational safety standards.
• Take care of assigned assets, tools, and uniforms.
• Participate in all training sessions and team meetings.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school graduate or above; good health
• Active, hardworking, careful, honest
• Basic communication skills and good customer support attitude
• Able to work in rotating shifts; supermarket/retail experience is a plus

WORKING HOURS

• 8 hours/day, 6 days/week (1 day off)
