Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Executive is responsible for ensuring a timely and high-quality talent pipeline for the entire Menas system, with 80% Mass Hiring (F&B – Retail operations) and 20% Back-office recruitment.
This role plays a central part in managing the candidate pipeline, executing the end-to-end recruitment process, and maintaining a professional and consistent employer branding image for Menas across communication channels.
A. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Receiving & Analyzing Hiring Requests
- Work directly with Operation Managers and Department Heads to clarify competency criteria, headcount, and timelines.
- Provide consultation on feasibility, hiring timelines, and suitable recruitment approaches for each position.
- Develop weekly/monthly recruitment plans based on actual business needs.
2. Mass Hiring (80%)
- Recruit operational positions: Service Staff, Cashiers, Kitchen Staff, Stewards, Delivery Staff, etc.
- Post job ads across multiple platforms: Facebook, Zalo OA, TikTok, collaborators, recruitment websites…
- Source, screen CVs, and conduct quick phone or in-person interviews.
- Send Offer letters, guide candidates on documentation, and track onboarding.
- Coordinate with Operation units to evaluate candidate quality within the first 3 working days.
3. Back-office Recruitment (20%)
- Handle recruitment for office positions such as: C&B, Accounting, Marketing, B2B Sales…
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, networks, professional communities, and internal channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers during evaluation.
- Conduct salary negotiations with candidates.
4. Pipeline Management & Recruitment Reports
- Update candidate data and recruitment status daily.
- Monitor progress and proactively flag difficult vacancies or manpower shortages.
- Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
5. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Write recruitment content following Menas branding guidelines for both Mass and Back-office positions.
- Design visuals, posters, and banners for job announcements.
- Ideate, film, and edit short recruitment videos.
- Organize recruitment marketing activities: job fairs, school OJT programs, internal events.
- Propose solutions to increase candidate sources for each stage.
6. Candidate Experience
- Respond to candidate messages/calls and answer all recruitment/onboarding inquiries.
- Arrange interviews; provide clear instructions about time, location, and required documents.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
7. Other Tasks
- Participate in improving recruitment processes.
- Support onboarding training when required by HR.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

- Basic interview skills for both Mass and Back-office positions.

- Proficient in office tools and recruitment platforms.
- Sourcing skills are an advantage.
3. Knowledge
- College/University degree in HRM, Business, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of Mass Hiring experience.
- Understanding of the F&B/Retail labor market is a plus.

E. WORKING HOURS
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Saturday morning: 08:00 – 12:00
