Performance Management, Employee Relations & Organization Development Specialist

A. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Performance Management
- Collaborate with Departments/BUs to develop, review, and update KPIs/BSC systems aligned with company strategy.
- Implement, guide, and monitor KPI execution ensuring transparency, measurability, and feasibility.
- Track and summarize periodic performance evaluation results (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Analyze performance data to recommend training, development, or organizational restructuring to improve team and individual productivity.
- Propose reward, penalty, and recognition policies linked to performance results.
- Implement periodic and ad-hoc incentive and recognition programs to boost employee motivation.
2. Employee Relations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Labor Rules, internal regulations, and policies across the company.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to handle disciplinary cases, complaints, and labor disputes in accordance with the law and internal regulations.
- Update, disseminate, and guide employees on HR policies, labor rules, and code of conduct to ensure consistent application.
- Recommend improvements to policies and regulations to enhance compliance, fairness, and internal engagement.
3. Organization Development
- Analyze the current organizational structure; propose organizational models, staffing, and role responsibilities suitable for each development stage.
- Evaluate organizational efficiency through labor productivity, labor costs (COL), and shift mechanisms; propose cost optimization improvements.
- Conduct periodic staffing reviews (every 3–6 months) or as required.
- Collaborate with Training and HRBP teams to identify training needs based on performance evaluation results.
- Support competency framework development and career path planning for different roles.
- Assist in implementing talent and succession planning programs and organizational transformation initiatives.
4. Process & Policy Management
- Participate in creating and updating HR rules, processes, and policies.
- Guide units in policy implementation and control compliance regarding attendance, uniforms, working hours, overtime, etc.
5. Other Tasks
- Participate in internal training sessions organized by the Department/Company.
- Contribute to building a positive, fair, dynamic, and collaborative work environment.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Management and the CEO.

- Salary: 15–22 million VND/month (Gross), depending on experience and competency.

C. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of KPI, BSC, competency, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
Skills:
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong communication, presentation, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Systematic thinking, analytical, and solution-oriented skills.
Attitude:
- Careful, honest, fair, and objective in assessments.
- Proactive, ambitious, and continuously improvement-oriented.
- High sense of responsibility and commitment to organizational goals.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Performance Management, Organization Development, or HRBP in companies with over 300 employees.

E. WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Saturday morning: 08:00 – 12:00
