1. Job Description
- Execute business plans and achieve category revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior; propose growth solutions.
- Control revenue, damaged/expired products, and optimize category costs.
- Supervise product display according to layout, visual standards, and food safety regulations.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked; monitor product quality, expiry dates, and inventory levels.
- Propose sales–boosting programs; coordinate POSM and in-store marketing activities.
- Coordinate handling complaints, conduct satisfaction surveys, and improve service quality.
- Plan purchasing, control inventory, and monitor delivery progress.
- Implement and supervise staff compliance with operational SOP.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate category staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, occupational safety, firefighting regulations, and legal documentation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

3. Requirements
- College degree or higher in Economics / Commerce / Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Category Supervisor/Category Manager or equivalent in supermarkets.
- Understanding of retail/FMCG/F&B markets and supermarket product categories.
- Knowledge of merchandising (facing – layout – visual standards) and supermarket operations.
- Understanding of supply chain, inventory, stocktaking, and customer service.
- Proficient in office computer tools.
- Skills: team management & development, training, planning, data analysis, task organization, communication, presentation, negotiation, problem–solving.
- Agile, careful, responsible; positive and proactive mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
4. Working Hours
- 8 hours/day, 6 days/week (1 day off).
