1. JOB DESCRIPTION
1.1 Shift Preparation
- Receive assignments from the Kitchen Supervisor/Head Chef (menu, portioning, etc.).
- Check incoming goods and ingredients (quantity, quality, expiration date).
- Inspect leftover ingredients from the previous shift and report to the Supervisor/Head Chef.
- Ensure kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment are in good working condition.
- Prepare ingredients, spices, and portions as required for cooking according to customer orders.
1.2 Food Preparation & Quality Control
- Perform ingredient prep and marination according to standard procedures.
- Cook dishes following recipes, standard portions, and food safety regulations.
- Check finished products for taste, presentation, and compliance with customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area; strictly follow food safety and labor safety regulations.
- Store food properly to ensure quality.
1.3 Inventory, Equipment & Uniform Management
- Manage goods, utensils, equipment, and assets during the shift to prevent damage or loss.
- Keep uniforms in accordance with company regulations.
- Report to the Supervisor when supplies are running low or below minimum levels.
- Monitor equipment status and report maintenance needs or malfunctions.
- Participate in periodic inventory checks weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually.
1.4 End-of-Shift Duties
- Clean the kitchen and all utensils according to regulations.
- Arrange utensils, equipment, ingredients, and spices neatly in designated places.
- Store leftover ingredients/products according to food safety standards.
- Participate in end-of-shift inventory and report stock to the Supervisor/Head Chef.
- Check gas, lights, fans, refrigerators, and adjust if necessary.
1.5 Other Duties
- Follow labor safety and fire safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Report tasks and incidents to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Salary negotiated based on capability + lunch allowance of 1,200,000 VND/month.

3. REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or higher, good health.
- Agile, diligent, careful, and honest.
- At least 1 year of experience as a chef, passionate about cooking.
- Able to handle all kitchen stations.
- Experience in Vietnamese or Western cuisine is an advantage.
4. WORKING HOURS
- 8 hours/day, 6 days/week (1 day off).
