A. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Timekeeping, payroll calculation, OT, service charge/commission/tips, 13th-month salary, back pay/adjustments, benefits.
- Social Insurance (SI): employee enrollment/termination, book closing, salary/position adjustment, benefit claims, C12 reconciliation, and working with SI authorities.
- Personal Income Tax (PIT): tax code registration, dependent registration, PIT declaration and finalization.
- Health insurance: checking policy status, guiding claim procedures.
- Labor contracts: drafting, monitoring, renewal/adjustment/termination.
- Organize annual health check-ups.
2. Workplace Environment & Company Culture
- Assess current culture and propose improvement initiatives.
- Plan and organize internal activities: teambuilding, birthdays, year-end party, Christmas, etc.
- Conduct employee satisfaction & engagement surveys; track improvement indicators.
3. Performance Management
- Participate in building and operating the KPI/OKR system.
- Organize periodic evaluations (monthly/quarterly/annual), consolidate and analyze results.
- Propose reward & recognition programs (periodic or ad-hoc).
4. Employee Relations & Dispute Resolution
- Address inquiries regarding salary, benefits, and policies.
- Carry out lawful employment termination procedures.
- Handle disciplinary actions and disputes per internal regulations and labor law.
5. Compliance Control
- Guide and supervise compliance at assigned units.
- Analyze HR cost structure (COL) and propose optimization solutions.
6. Reporting to Authorities & Related Departments
- Prepare periodic labor utilization reports.
- Perform declarations/reconciliation required by SI, PIT, Trade Union, etc.
- Consolidate HR costs, payroll, insurance, and workforce changes.
7. Other Tasks
- Manage and store employee records, training documents, and benefit files.
- Perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
B. BENEFITS
- Gross salary: 12,000,000 – 22,000,000 VND/month
- 13th-month salary and holiday/Tet bonus.
- Full SI, HI, UI; health insurance.

C. REQUIREMENTS
Attitude
- Integrity, transparency, and confidentiality in handling HR data.
- Proactive, highly responsible, service-oriented, careful, and detail-oriented.
Skills
- Good Excel skills.
- Good communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
Knowledge
- College/University degree in HR Management, Administration, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance, PIT, and C&B regulations.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in F&B/Retail/Hospitality).
D. WORKING LOCATION
Abacus Building, 58 Nguyễn Đình Chiểu Street, Đa Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
E. WORKING HOURS
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Saturday morning: 08:00 – 12:00
