1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assign FOH staff positions during shifts (service staff, cashier, receptionist, etc.).
- Supervise appearance, attitude, and service quality of staff during the shift.
- Support and handle unexpected situations arising during working shifts.
- Personally welcome, assist, and handle customer feedback/complaints within assigned authority.
- Ensure service standards and operating procedures are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with Kitchen/Bar to ensure food and beverages are served accurately, completely, and on time.
- Guide and train new employees on work procedures and service standards.
- Coach, remind, and evaluate staff performance during the shift.
- Check pre-shift setup and end-of-shift handover (service areas, tools, equipment, POS system, etc.).
- Support the control of FOH inventory and equipment during the shift.
- Report shift operations, incidents, and customer feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
- Comply with labor regulations, food safety and hygiene standards, and fire prevention regulations.
- Act as a role model in complying with regulations, company culture, and restaurant brand image.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

3. REQUIREMENTS
- High sense of responsibility with a proactive working attitude.
- Calm and positive when handling pressure and customer feedback.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of FOH operational procedures in a restaurant.
- Solid knowledge of F&B customer service standards.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor/Captain or equivalent position.
- Ability to work in shifts with flexible scheduling.
- Neat appearance with a professional demeanor.
4. WORKING HOURS
- 8-hour shifts, flexible rotation within the time frame 07:00 – 22:00.
- 6 working days per week (1 day off).
