Capital & Investment Accountant

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate with internal departments to develop business plans, cash flow projections, and investment plans for each project (supermarkets, restaurants, buildings, entertainment centers, etc.).
Prepare loan proposal documents, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts in accordance with the requirements of each bank.
Evaluate investment efficiency, assess debt repayment capacity, and design an appropriate capital structure.

Directly work with bank relationship managers and credit appraisal departments to complete financing documentation.
Monitor the progress of loan approval, disbursement, extension, debt restructuring, and guarantees.
Manage banking relationships by regularly updating credit policies, interest rates, and credit limits.

Coordinate with the Legal and Accounting departments to manage collateral and pledged asset documentation.
Monitor changes in asset values and handle collateral renewal and release procedures.
Track the Company’s investments, including capital contribution progress, cash flow recovery, and investment profit/loss.

Update and manage loan repayment schedules, including principal and interest expenses.
Prepare periodic reports on loans, outstanding debt, interest rates, and actual cash flow compared to plans.
Work closely with the CFO to develop the Company’s overall cash flow planning, ensuring sufficient liquidity.

Support the preparation of financial management reports and financial models for new projects.
Propose solutions to optimize capital structure and reduce financial costs.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

3. REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
At least 2 years of experience in bank credit, corporate financial accounting, or investment project appraisal.

Candidates with experience in a corporate credit department of a bank or in a corporate finance department with bank borrowing exposure.
Good understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, asset valuation, and investment analysis.

Strong understanding of credit approval processes, asset valuation, collateral, and guarantees.
Solid knowledge of legal regulations related to financing, credit, and investment.
Strong ability to analyze financial, investment, and cash flow plans.
Sound knowledge of accounting operations, data analysis, data consolidation, and report writing.

Strong ability to work with banks, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software (MISA, FAST, ERP, etc.).
Quick learner with logical, systematic, and accurate thinking; honest and trustworthy with a strong sense of financial data confidentiality.
Calm and professional working style; able to work under pressure with good time management skills.
Proactive, professional attitude preferred.
Strong planning, management, and teamwork skills.
Strong financial analysis, reporting, and financial management skills.
