Welcome to InnoMenas! By using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. These terms govern your access to and use of the app, including any content, functionality, and services offered through it. Please review these terms carefully. • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. 

• Refrain from using the app in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or interfere with any other party's use of the app. 

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of the app. 

 

4. Prohibited Activities 

You are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the app: 

• Transmitting or distributing any harmful, illegal, or objectionable content, including viruses or other malicious software. 

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app, its servers, or any related systems. 

• Modifying, adapting, translating, or reverse engineering any portion of the app. 

• Engaging in fraudulent activities, misrepresentations, or deceptive practices. 

• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws and regulations. 

• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to extract data or perform activities on the app without prior authorization.

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property associated with InnoMenas are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited. 

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated through the app, please contact us promptly with evidence of your ownership and the nature of the violation. 

 

6. Limitation of Liability 

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law 

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of VietNam. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of VietNam.
