Menas Vietnam and Keppel co-hosted the showcase of Saigon Marina IFC, a new international financial tower in Ho Chi Minh City, following its inauguration earlier the same day.
The event, held with Keppel’s expertise, marked the 80th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Nearly 200 guests attended, including CEOs and directors from retail brands, F&B chains, and major corporations such as Masterise Home, Phu Long, Savills, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, and JLL.
Guests also enjoyed premium tea and pastries from TWG Tea, adding an elegant, international atmosphere to the event.
Menas Vietnam officially took over management of Saigon Marina IFC. Standing 245 meters tall, the tower is compared to Singapore’s Marina Bay Financial Centre. It was designed by leading international consultants, offering panoramic views of the Saigon River, Ba Son Bridge, and the city center.
The building features 55 floors: five for luxury retail and dining, 46 for Grade A offices, and nine networking floors with open balconies. The top four floors are dedicated to Michelin dining experiences.
Located in the Ba Son heritage area, Saigon Marina IFC is surrounded by a 10-hectare riverside park and a modern marina. It is also Vietnam’s first TOD-designed office tower, directly connected to Ba Son Station of Metro Line 1, ensuring convenient public transit access.
According to Menas, Saigon Marina IFC is not just an office tower but the “heart” of a new urban hub. It is expected to serve as a strategic launchpad for businesses expanding regionally and globally, while standing as a new symbol of a dynamic, integrated, and sustainable Saigon.
