On June 6, 2025, Menas Group and Đồng Tâm Group officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation, marking a new milestone in the development and expansion of both parties’ product and service ecosystems.
Menas Group and Đồng Tâm Group will foster collaboration in key areas, with a particular focus on the supply of building materials and interior and exterior decoration products to support the construction and development of the Mena Gourmet Market supermarket chain and various F&B models within the Menas ecosystem.

Together, they aim to generate long-term sustainable value for both brands.
