Menas Group and Hikvision Sign Strategic Partnership to Create the Digital Future for the Retail and Commercial Real Estate Sectors in Vietnam

Ho Chi Minh City, May 29, 2025 – Menas Group and Hikvision, a leading global provider of AIoT solutions and big data services, have officially signed a strategic partnership agreement. This event marks a significant milestone in the comprehensive digital transformation journey of Vietnam’s retail and real estate sectors.

Through this strategic partnership, Hikvision will implement a comprehensive AIoT ecosystem deeply integrated into Menas Group’s operational value chain. The main objectives of the partnership include:

  • The comprehensive digital transformation of Menas’s operational systems.
  • Co-creating AIoT solutions tailored to the specific needs of Vietnamese consumers.
  • Enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Optimizing costs through a smart and secure operational model.

These goals will be realized using advanced technologies such as the HikCentral operating platform, the Guanlan AI system, AcuSense and ColorVu cameras, and intelligent customer management solutions.

These technologies will be applied across many of Menas Group’s key projects, including Menas Mall Saigon Airport, the Mena Gourmet Market premium supermarket chain, Yum Food Village, the MenaWorld Edutainment Center, and the V-Senses Dining and Steakhouse The Fan restaurant chains.

Differing from simple technology supply contracts, this is a co-development model where Hikvision’s global R&D team will collaborate closely with InnoMenas – Menas’s AI research and application center – to develop AIoT solutions optimized for the domestic market.

In the context of Vietnam’s increasingly competitive and rapidly digitizing retail and real estate markets, the collaboration between Menas Group and Hikvision is expected to set new operational standards for shopping malls, premium supermarkets, and F&B models. It also serves as a prime example of realizing the national digital transformation roadmap, contributing to sustainable development (ESG) goals.

Ms. Stella Zhang, Director of Hikvision Vietnam, shared: “We are proud to partner with Menas Group, a partner with a strong vision for innovation. The combination of global AIoT technology and a deep understanding of the local market will bring sustainable value to Vietnamese consumers.”

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quy, Deputy General Director of Menas Group, emphasized: “Partnering with Hikvision is a strategic step to realize our vision of becoming a leading developer and operator of smart retail. This is a crucial first step in our journey to integrate technology into our operational core and shape the modern customer experience.”
