1. Job Description
Manage Membership Program & Customer Care
- Guide customers on membership registration, card issuance, and support card error handling.
- Monitor customer benefits, respond to feedback, and answer inquiries.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and propose improvements to enhance customer experience.
Collect – Manage – Analyze Customer Data
- Collect purchase data, customer behavior, and feedback.
- Store and update CRM data in compliance with security regulations.
- Analyze customer data and recommend solutions to improve CRM/Customer Service effectiveness.
Execute Customer Care & Supermarket Marketing Programs
- Implement loyalty programs, promotions, and customer benefit campaigns.
- Support POSM setup, merchandising, sampling activities, minigames, and in-store communication.
- Measure program effectiveness and prepare periodic reports.
Complaint Handling – Support Online Sales & Delivery Operations
- Receive and resolve customer complaints promptly, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Participate in online consultation, closing orders, and tracking online/livestream orders.
- Coordinate deliveries and work with logistics partners when required.
Coordination & Administrative Tasks
- Support customer events, workshops, and activation activities (if any).
- Manage uniforms and assist with periodic stocktaking.
- Coordinate in building customer service processes and related SOPs.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supermarket Manager.

3. Requirements
- College degree or higher in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM/Customer Service/Retail or similar roles.
- Proficient in office software.
- Strong communication & presentation skills; effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent complaint handling and problem–solving ability.
- Pleasant appearance, friendly, professional demeanor.
- Careful, honest, highly responsible.
- Positive mindset, proactive, eager to learn and grow.
- Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
4. Working Hours
- 8 hours/day, 6 days/week (1 day off).
